APV Baker are extending their service to the bakery industry worldwide through an agreement to market JBS Process Engineering's Rollmaster range of roll-forming equipment.

This new alliance gives APV Baker the capability to offer versatile turnkey systems for a complete range of rolls and buns, plus the ability to form ethnic products, like naan and pitta breads. It provides JBS with access to world markets via APV Baker's extensive global sales and service presence.

The Rollmaster concept, developed by JBS some eight years ago, provides a wide range of combinations to allow it to handle all types of dough and product, including Kaiser, half baguettes, burger buns, fingers and round rolls, and foaccia.
