APV Technology Partners III Takes Lead Investment Position in OKENA; Company Appoints Will Stewart to Board of Directors.

Joining APV TP III in the investment is Thomvest International Ltd. As a result of the financing, Will Stewart, General Partner of APV TP III, will join OKENA's Board of Directors. OKENA will use the funding for product development, sales and marketing efforts.
