 and achievement or service alone. The Associate may be awarded by a majority vote of the Honors Committee.

Jane Hall Black

For her service to PSA (Professional Services Automation) An information system designed to organize, track and manage all opportunities, work, resources, costs, revenues and invoices to improve the productivity and efficiency of the workforce.  as country representative for England for many years and for her contributions to the PSA Journal, as well as recruiting new members to PSA. Her personal record of pure photography dates back to the 1960s and her work has been rewarded a number of times with acceptances, awards, and medals. Jane spends a vast amount of time helping others especially in lecturing and judging. She has organized and helped with many photography competitions, including setting up the Northern Countries PSA International, which she has chaired for over 23 years.

For her service to PSA in chairing and helping with many PSA international exhibitions over the years. She is a diligent dil·i·gent

Annette's proficiency as a photographer in many divisions is supported by the many medals, acceptances and honors in camera clubs, council, and PSA exhibitions. She has 5 stars in Color Slide, Nature, Photo Travel, and Small Color Prints. Also, she has 4 Stars in Photojournalism, and 3 stars in Large Color Prints. She shares her knowledge and skill personally and as a judge for camera Clubs and in PSA international exhibitions.

Cynthia Chloe Johnson

For her service to PSA in organizational and other work for the color slide circle between USA and UK. Also for her work in PSA internationals and many other competitions. She gives freely to community service with Print contributions and exhibitions, as well as workshops. Chloe has been a busy judge for PSA-recognized exhibitions, including a tour to the U.S. She judges for camera clubs federations and other groups, as well. She has shared her knowledge and skill in workshops, lectures, and programs in Scotland, England, Wales Wales, Welsh Cymru, western peninsula and political division (principality) of Great Britain (1991 pop. 2,798,200), 8,016 sq mi (20,761 sq km), west of England; politically united with England since 1536. The capital is Cardiff.  and the USA. She enters Color Prints, Photo Travel Nature, and Color Slide in international and other competitions. In Color Slide, she has 4 stars and numerous medals and awards.

Nicholas G. Muskovac

), member of the Uniform Practices Committee, chairman of the EID international exhibition, and work with his PSA chapter in Florida. He launched file first EID exhibition, Suncoast Virtual Salon Salon, annual exhibition of art works chosen by jury and presented by the French Academy since 1737; it was originally held in the Salon d'Apollon of the Louvre. By the mid-19th cent. the Salon had become an expression of conservative, established tastes in art. . For this he coordinated the program for accepting exhibition entry forms and images on the internet. He has been active in the Central Florida

Central Florida is the central region of the United States state of Florida, on the East Coast.
 Chapter of PSA as chairman and in other positions. Also, he has been active in the Suncoast Camera Club in many capacities. Not only is he active in EID, but also has 5 stars in Nature and a Galaxy in Color Slide. Nick has made many contributions to the PSA Journal, earning a silver star. He has shared his skills with program at PSA conferences, camera clubs and in judging.

John J. Pitt

For his service to PSA as Area Representative, Zone Director, for the last 6 years as Membership Vice President, and for his dedication to PSA. John's organizational skills and enthusiasm have been of great service to PSA International recruitment. He has several bronze stars for his contributions to the PSA Journal. John has been active in Silverado Camera Club as President and Napa Valley Camera Club in various positions. He has judged for camera clubs in California. His primary photographic interest is nature photography and he has done some professional photography.

Rick Sereque

For his service to PSA as co-designer for the PSA flyer, his many years of work as chairman and other duties for the Connecticut Chapter of PSA and his contributions to the PSA Journal. He has been active in many capacities in the New England New England, name applied to the region comprising six states of the NE United States—Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. The region is thought to have been so named by Capt.  Camera Club Council, Connecticut Association of Photographers, New England School of Photographic Arts, New England Photographic Workshop, Photolight Workshops, and Bridgeport Camera Club. Some of the activities in these organizations include teaching. Rick has also given program for camera clubs, councils, and other organizations. He is interested in Color Slide, Photo Travel, Pictorial Prints, and Stereo, and has shown his ability with many medals and award. He has been a willing judge for camera clubs and other groups.

Andrew M. Wims

For his service to PSA as Region Director, member and chairman of Certain Society Awards committee. He held many positions in The Photographic Guild guild

Association of craftsmen or merchants formed for mutual aid and for the advancement of their professional interests. Guilds flourished in Europe between the 11th and 16th century and were of two types: merchant guilds, including all the merchants of a particular town
 (Detroit), and Greater Detroit Camera Club Council Andrew has many medals and awards in both slides and print media for his photography including 2 stars in Nature and 1 in Color Slide. His judging extends to PSA exhibitions, many camera clubs and other groups. He has contributed to the PSA Journal for several years. Workshops and programs have allowed him to share his skills and knowledge with camera clubs, the Photographic Guild and other organizations.
