APS Named American Business Awards Finalist for Second Consecutive Year.

APS has been named one of nine finalists in the second annual American Business Awards(SM) in the Customer Service Team category. APS' Online Customer Service team was recognized for the second consecutive year because of its successful Web-based customer care program.
