APS Healthcare Appoints A. Paul Holdren as President, Commercial Programs.


SILVER SPRING, Md. -- APS Healthcare, one of the country's leading specialty healthcare companies, announced today that it has appointed A. Paul Holdren to serve as President, Commercial Programs. In this role, Mr. Holdren will be responsible for the financial, operational and clinical performance of APS' commercial programs.
