For the fourth quarter of 1995, net revenue from continuing operations continuing operations

Net income from continuing operations for fiscal 1995 before unusual/non-recurring charges was $71.0 million or $1.40 per share, as compared with $35.6 million or $0.78 per share last year.

Net revenue for the fourth quarter of 1995 reached $284.0 million as compared with $259.6 million for the same period a year ago. Net income for the quarter was $17.4 million or $0.34 a share, versus $14.9 million or $0.31 per share, for the comparable period last year.

Net revenue for the year ended December 31, 1995 increased 17.7% to $1.1 billion versus $962.8 million in 1994. Net loss was $74.5 million compared to a net profit of $39.0 million for the year ended December 31, 1994.
