APQC Conference, "The New Edge in KM," Tackles How to Share Knowledge across Generations and in a Web 2.0 Environment.


HOUSTON -- Organizations today are working to bridge the communications divide among generations, leverage the promise of Web 2.0 approaches, and measure the results of knowledge sharing.
