 technologies for the lending industry, today officially announced the availability of its new, Web-based, interactive customer service portal, myAPPRO.

The myAPPRO portal includes APPRO-specific content that is of importance to APPRO clients and represents a unique breakthrough in client communications and service. Information regarding products and services, upcoming software releases, direct access to technology support and product managers, the status of APPRO technology projects within the organization and interactive training modules are all included.

myAPPRO can be designed to include customized information and training modules for different types of users within the client organization. System administrators can design their myAPPRO pages to automatically prompt users to complete required training modules based on job duties including data entry personnel, analysts, system administrators and lending strategy managers. In addition to APPRO technology news and project status reports, myAPPRO can be customized additionally to include more general information such as world news, local weather and sports updates in real-time.
