City leaders want to give Burbank residents the chance to do something about the problem. The Burbank City Council is seeking applicants for a new advisory panel called the Downtown Parking Management Committee. The idea is to get downtown business people together to provide recommendations on the city's Downtown Parking Management Plan, said Councilwoman Stacey Murphy. ``The people who are going to be on the committee are going to be from the businesses in the area,'' Murphy said. ``We don't want to do all these new developments and then say afterward af·ter·ward also af·ter·wards adv.
