The $10 charge for the event includes appetizers as well as the wine tasting. Featured wines include Chianti and Ornellaia (a "Super Tuscan" wine) from Italy; Trimbach from Alsace; merlot from Washington; and chardonnay and zinfandel from California. Marche to spotlight foods of Normandy Marche, the French-inspired restaurant at the Fifth Street Public Market, will feature the food and ciders of Normandy next Wednesday, Jan. 28, during its monthly French regional dinner. The meal will start with an oyster on the half shell followed by spot prawn prawn: see shrimp. bisque bisque 1 n. 1. a. A rich, creamy soup made from meat, fish, or shellfish. b. A thick cream soup made of puréed vegetables. 2. Ice cream mixed with crushed macaroons or nuts. and a vegetable salad. The main course is a choice of petrale sole with spinach, a lemon cream sauce cream sauce n. A white sauce made by cooking together a mixture of flour and butter with milk or cream.
