He attented Richmond upon Thames College and later the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art in London. , and Labour Councillor Rose Bailey were criticised by school teacher Heidi Minnaar for putting out the leaflet headed "Croxteh Labour Rose". The leaflet also features another spelling of Croxteth as Croxeth. Miss Minnaar said: "I for one will not be voting for anyone who cannot even spell the name of the ward I live in. "It is indeed a very poor showing when those who wish to be our voice in politics cannot spell the name of the ward they claim to or wish to represent." Mr Twigg, who is running to be MP for West Derby, said there had been a printing error with the leaflet. He said: "It's a little bit embarrassing." |
