APL Logistics and Gourmet Grocer Bristol Farms Bringing 200 Jobs to Carson.

Watson Land Company, among the largest developers of master planned industrial centers in Los Angeles County, has signed APL Logistics and Bristol Farms to a seven-year, $4 million lease for 73,667 square feet in Watson Industrial Center South that will bring 200 jobs to the City of Carson. APL Logistics will act as Bristol Farms' third party distribution manager in charge of supply chain operations based at the new facility at 915 E. 230th Street. Bristol Farms, the well-known Southern California gourmet and specialty foods retailer, will relocate its headquarters to the Carson location in 2003 and occupy more than 11,000 square feet of corporate offices.
