APC'S Multi-Level Group Signs Prepar International, Accesses Prepar's 200,000 Members.

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 12, 1999--APC Telecommunications (OTC Bulletin Board:APCI) APC Telecommunications Inc., a rapidly expanding Canadian telecommunications company, is managing overheads through an innovative multi-level selling program, while guaranteeing customers long distance rates lower than those offered by the big three telephone companies through its GLR(TM) calling program.

APC announced today the signing of a multi-level selling agreement with PREPAR International, a Quebec-based loyalty program with 200,000 members. PREPAR(R) is an established consumer network offering members a loyalty savings program.
