SANTA CLARITA Santa Clarita, city (1990 pop. 110,642), Los Angeles co., S Calif., suburb 30 mi (48 km) NW of downtown Los Angeles, on the Santa Clara River; inc. 1987. Situated in the Santa Clara valley and nearby canyons, Santa Clarita includes the former towns of Canyon Country,  - The Senior Apaches (1-5), coached by Brian Lighthill, lost to a visiting Newbury Park team at their Oct. 14 home game at Hart High School Hart High School may refer to:

Newbury Park returned a punt and an interception for touchdowns in its 28-0 win. Apaches quarterback Gary Cox spent the afternoon dodging a relentless Steeler rush, completing the only pass of the day.

Bradley McCorkle's two recovered fumbles and Chris Khourry's sack were the high points for Santa Clarita. David Nelson David Nelson may refer to:

The Junior 2 Santa Clarita Valley The Santa Clarita Valley is the valley of the Santa Clara River in Southern California. It stretches through Los Angeles County and Ventura County. Its main population center is the city of Santa Clarita. The valley was part of the 48,612-acre (19,672.  Apaches (0-5) had a rough go against the Santa Paula Cardinals in their 42-8 loss. Vince Chavez led the offense with a 37 yard touchdown run, Jared Wong assisting with the 2-point conversion. Anthony Luna, Neil Benveniste, Griffin Canon and Cole Berman all recovered fumbles for the Apaches. Tim Jarvis and Erik Plumlee turned in strong performances on the interior line.
