COMPANY DESCRIPTION

AP Maschinen AG is a leading supplier to renown printing machine manufacturers, specialising in rotary offset and letter press labels. Our core business is the development and manufacturing of segmented ink duct blades, systems and accessories. For more than 15 years, the AP ink duct products are known for their precision and reliability and hence makes the ink flow fast and economically.

MARKETS SERVED

There are over 3500 AP ink duct systems in use worldwide and the responses received from the customers confirm that an investment in an AP system is more than worthwhile. However more and more machine manufacturers implement or recommend AP systems for their machines. Some of our key customers are companies such as: "Heidelberg"; "Imer"; "Gallus"; "Codimag"; "Ko-Pack", "Sanjo"; "Crabtree"; "Kammann"; "Polytype"; "M+H". TECHNOLOGIES & FACILITIES

AP ink duct systems are practice orientated designed and are ideal to retrofit on all well known printing machines. The easy handling and accurate setting of the zones for adequate ink flow of the patented system is unique and unrivalled. To register the ink profile for reproduction the lever gauge is a preeminent option.

We are a ISO certified company with currently 35 employees. More than 20 high tech CNC machines are easily adapted to fulfil all our customers needs. The manufacturing facility covers at the present, over 20000 square feet.

PRODUCT RANGE

The AP product range is customer specified and varies, at the present, from the smallest ink duct blade with a width of 140mm to the largest of 1400mm.

AEIC

In addition to segmented ink duct blades and systems, AP offers also a versatile new electronic ink control (AEIC). This system is especially suitable on all AP ink ducts and the modern software with clear graphical illustration is touch screen operated and guarantees an economical productivity.

NEW: PNEUMATIC AGITATOR

The new pneumatic ink agitator is available in three different versions and can be simply connected to the pressured air of the printing machine. The agitator is build on a modular base and therefore suitable for any width of machine.
