Under the agreement, Xerox Global Services will help AOL streamline various corporate services, including sorting incoming hardcopy mail and scanning various accounts payable-related documents, such as vendor invoices, contract documents, and travel and expense documents. Xerox will provide AOL in-depth reports of the various functions to improve tracking and document management, which will result in greater efficiencies and lower costs.
