), Bill Grogan will be responsible for leading all GMS's marketing teams as they work with clients and the AOL Time Warner divisions to develop and implement unique cross-platform solutions that take full advantage of the Company's diverse entertainment and media assets.

Since January 2001, Mr. Grogan was responsible for day-to-day management of Interpublic's relationship with the Coca-Cola Company. In this capacity he served as Worldwide Account Director on the flagship Coca-Cola brand account, on behalf of IPG's McCann-Erickson Worldwide unit.

Prior to his position at Interpublic, Mr. Grogan was Executive Vice President and Group Managing Director at McCann-Erickson, New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of

Mr. Grogan joined McCann in 1987 as an Account Supervisor on the Coca-Cola account. By 1992 he had assumed the role of Senior Vice President, Management Representative, with responsibility for the entire Coca-Cola sugar-cola portfolio. He later managed the Heublein, Nestle and Nabisco accounts at McCann. Prior to joining McCann, Bill was with BBDO BBDO Batten, Barton, Durstine & Osborn
