The keynote address is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Thursday, May 11, at the Los Angeles Convention Center The Los Angeles Convention Center (abbreviated LACC) is a convention center in downtown Los Angeles. Pittman oversees the overall day-to-day operations of America Online, the world's leader in branded interactive services, with more than 24 million paying members in its combined online services and tens of millions of users of its Web products.

Prior to the keynote address, Lowenstein will host the E3Expo 2000 Media Briefing & Breakfast, where he will discuss the state of the industry and release new findings from the IDSA's 2000 consumer PC and video game survey. The briefing is set for Thursday, May 11, at 7:30 a.m.

Note: Access to the keynote and the briefing room will be on a first-come, first-served basis. An on-site overflow room will be available for additional attendees; however, individuals in the overflow room will not be able to ask questions of the speakers.

Registration for E3Expo 2000 is available for industry professionals at www.e3expo.com until April 14 or by calling 800/315-1133. Attendees will save up to $50 by signing up during this early registration period. Early registration packages range from the $150 "Exhibits Only Package" to the $400 "Super Pass." Media registration also is available at the online media center at www.e3expo.com.

E3Expo 2000 is the world's premier showcase for interactive entertainment and educational software and related products. E3Expo 2000 is wholly owned by the Interactive Digital Software Association (IDSA), the U.S. association dedicated to serving the business and public affairs needs of companies that publish games for video game consoles This is a list of video game consoles by the era they appeared in. Eras are named based on the dominant console type of the era (even though not all consoles of those eras are of the same type). E3Expo is a trade event open only to members of the interactive industry. No one under the age of 18 will be admitted, including infants. This policy is strictly enforced.
