AOL PARTNERS WITH SIX FLAGS COMPANIES JOIN FORCES TO PROMOTE PRODUCT TO SHARED TARGET AUDIENCE.

VALENCIA - The world's leading interactive services company and a major theme park operator have joined forces to promote each other and bring more benefits to their target audiences.

America Online See AOL.  Inc. and Six Flags For the national flags of Texas, see .

Six Flags (NYSE: SIX) is the world's largest chain of amusement parks and theme parks and is headquartered in New York City. There are 20 such parks run by Six Flags.
 Inc. have signed a three-year partnership under which America Online will be promoted through Six Flags theme parks advertising, park guidebooks and other off-line channels.

Under the agreement, Six Flags will promote America Online across its off-line marketing channels, will incorporate AOL sponsorship of certain rides and attractions and will promote the America Online keyword, ``Six Flags,'' in its television advertising.

In exchange, the Six Flags Web site will be promoted by America Online, and Six Flags will serve as the official sponsor of AOL Moviefone's Summer Movie Fun Park.

Through these promotions, the more than 25 million AOL and CompuServe members and the tens of millions of additional users of AOL's Web-based brands will be able to quickly and easily access information about Six Flag's rides and attractions, directions to parks, and vacation information, officials said.

Together, Six Flags and America Online will hold a large ticket giveaway promotion for AOL members starting this summer, and Six Flags will develop family savings offerings for AOL members.

``Our name will be on the AOL welcome screen starting in July, so we'll get hundreds of millions of impressions during the length of the contract,'' Nauser said. ``It's a great way for top brands to support each other, and we're really excited about it.''
