Moviegoers across the country can cast their votes for the MovieFone Moviegoer Awards from February 8 - 22, 2000. Voting is free of charge and available on both AOL MovieFone (known by its familiar local telephone numbers, such as 777-FILM) and Moviefone.com. They will also have easy access to the voting through several other AOL brands, including CompuServe, AOL's Digital City and AOL's &uot;My Calendar.&uot; The winners will be announced on February 29th. The MovieFone Moviegoer Awards differ from other movie awards in three major ways. First, they are voted upon by avid moviegoers - those who actually pay to see the films and whose opinion is not represented by any other award.
