) today announced the launch of an innovative online education effort on AOL Latin America's services in Mexico and Argentina that encourages students to incorporate the interactive medium into their educational experience.

The new programming builds on award-winning content created by CTG's cl@se, the only pan-regional educational service for teachers and students from ages 6 to 18. Cl@se brings first-rate educational and entertaining TV programming from around the world directly to homes and classrooms in Latin America and provides access to a wide array of online educational resources for students, parents and teachers. These resources, now available on AOL, include interactive games and video clips from the TV channel, as well as surveys and interactive quizzes. The initiative also provides AOL members with online book reviews, education and career resources for students, and cl@se-branded teaching guides.

Cl@se is distributed to 1.5 million subscriber homes and to 38,000 schools in the region.
