AOL Latin America Changes Financial Reporting to Calendar Year.

America Online Latin America, Inc. (Nasdaq:AOLA AOLA America Online Latin America ) today announced that it has changed its financial reporting period to a calendar year from the prior July-June fiscal year.

Results for the six-month period ended December 31, 2000 will be reported to the SEC in a transition report on Form 10-K Form 10-K

A report required by the SEC from exchange-listed companies that provides for annual disclosure of certain financial information.
