MIAMI -- AOC Displays, maker of the Envision line of televisions and monitors, today appointed The Pen Group Public Relations its agency of record for North America, with responsibility for building awareness of AOC'S Envision brand, its Envision monitors and flat-panel TVs and industry leadership.
