Anytime Balloons offers balloon sculptures, centerpieces, bouquets, walls and arches as well as animal-stuffed balloons. Sherry Phillips and Julie Brown also deliver their biodegradable balloon creations for clients.

"We create balloon sculptures from cactuses to 6-foot clowns made of several balloons, Phillips said. "Any occasion is a good occasion for balloons."

Brown and Phillips attended Ballooniversity, a week-long workshop that teaches students how to create better sculptures and other balloon pieces, to become "certified balloon artists."

Phillips said they offer large-scale sculptures and bouquets for any occasion, including parties, baby showers, getting well, weddings, apologies, appreciation, birthdays and funerals.

Phillips said balloons are for "anyone who wants to share smiles."

"We like to make sure you're getting what you want and need," she said. "We give free consultations and make measurements so we can fit the piece to the area to be used."

Phillips and Brown are working on balloon decor for the Little Rock Chamber of Commerce business expedition. Their goals are to make a successful living while providing creative decor.

"We want to do what we enjoy, which is creating balloon art," Phillips said.

Phillips said they will offer a Mother's Day basket with "everything Mom needs to relax including candles, aroma therapy products, chocolates, a Mother's Day book and balloons."
