ANTs software.com, (OTCBB:ANTS) (www.antssoftware.com) a developer of advanced technologies to improve software performance today announced continuing improvements to its technology platform strategies and outlined the effects of these improvements on its testing programs.

Frederick D. Pettit, ANTs' Chairman & Chief Executive Officer said, "In mid-1999, we embarked upon a course intended to interface our core technologies with the premier general ledger package of one of the world's leading software companies. In subsequent developments, building on these core technologies and extending our intellectual property territory, we learned that our strategic options could be expanded beyond the original concepts of that project. As a result, on January 31, 2000, we announced a significant new direction to our strategic approach to vendor interfacing.

Dr. Thomas Binford, Managing Director for Research and Development said, "We are now on a superior strategic course developing a broader base of general purpose technology.
