:ANTS), a developer of advanced technologies to speed up computer processing, today announced that it will host a webcast to review fiscal year 2000 financial results and current operations.

The event is scheduled for July 27, 2000 at 2:00 p.m. PT. The live webcast can be accessed from the Company's website at and will be available in replay format for one week following the event. A digital replay of the webcast will also be available until August 3 by dialing 402/220-5885.

Frederick D. Pettit, ANTs software.com's chairman and chief executive officer, will provide an update on current operations and technology, and an overview of the Company's strategy. Miles Mochizuki, ANTs acting CFO See Chief Financial Officer. , will review the financial results for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2000.
