") since shortly thereafter. He joined the Company's Board of Directors in July. Dr. Williams will resign from the Board of Directors to take up his responsibilities as a member of staff.

Dr. Williams will continue to chair the Company's TRC -- the primary purpose of which is to ensure that the Company's Technology Plan is kept current regarding the evolving technological status of ANTs. The TRC also has responsibility for reviewing research and development documentation activities including the archiving of the Company's records, establishing intellectual property identification procedures that ensure timely filing of new inventions, and establishing protocols and procedures for testing ANTs' technology.

Additionally, Dr. Williams will be responsible for the internal information technology of the Company and its facilities management, including its headquarters project.

Most recently, Dr. Williams was a founder and the Vice President of Research and Development for an early stage company involved in innovative dataweb architecture. Prior to that, Dr. Williams was with IBM (International Business Machines Corporation, Armonk, NY, www.ibm.com) The world's largest computer company. IBM's product lines include the S/390 mainframes (zSeries), AS/400 midrange business systems (iSeries), RS/6000 workstations and servers (pSeries), Intel-based servers (xSeries)  for 20 years, most recently as a senior researcher at the IBM Almaden Research Center The IBM Almaden Research Center, located near San Jose, California, is one of IBM's largest research centers, specializing in both basic research in material science and applied research in computer storage, where many refinements and improvements were made in hard disc drive , San Jose, California San Jose (IPA: /ˌsænhoʊˈzeɪ/) is the third-largest city in California, and the tenth-largest in the United States. For eight years prior to his work at IBM, Dr. Williams was an associate professor in the computer science department at Cornell University. He has also served as visiting professor at Stanford University and U.C. Berkeley.
