ANTs software.com, (OTC BB:ANTS) (www.antssoftware.com) a developer of advanced technologies to speed up computer processing today announced the addition of two highly qualified individuals to its administrative and internal control staff.

Rosalind Ferrara joins ANTs as Deputy Chief of Staff. Most recently, she has served as Vice President and Controller for an oil and gas investment company. Previously, she was with the Jardine Matheson organization as Vice President - Finance of Jardine Energy Services, Inc.

Ms. Ferrara's background in accounting and finance is well suited to the immediate needs of the Office of the Chief of Staff. She also has extensive business experience in premises project management and has been appointed Project Manager for all aspects of the fitting out and occupancy of the Company's new, 14,000 square foot headquarters premises in San Mateo, California.

After receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration - Accounting degree, Ms. Ferrara obtained a Master in Business Administration degree from the College of Notre Dame, Belmont, California.

Hokon Choe joins ANTs as Controller, marking the first time that the Company has established such an internal audit position. Most recently, he was the team leader consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers on a SAP installation with one of the world's leading insurance companies. Previously, he served as Supervising Senior Accountant and, earlier, as Staff Accountant, in the tax and audit departments of KPMG Peat Marwick and Arthur Andersen, respectively.

Mr. Choe has performed full audits, tested clients' internal control environments and made recommendations to senior management for procedural change. He is a CPA, member of AICPA, a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Economics, and is certified in SAP Financial and Accounting Controlling (FICO) module.
