ANTRA Music Group (OTC B.B: RECD) today announced that RecordsToGo.com, its e-commerce joint venture with Teltran International, Inc. (OTC B.B: TLTG), signed a fulfillment and content agreement with Alliance Entertainment Corp. ("Alliance"), one of the nation's largest home entertainment product distribution, fulfillment and infrastructure companies. Under the terms of the agreement, Alliance will provide RecordsToGo.com with an extensive product inventory, consumer direct fulfillment and the integration of The All Music Guide, the most comprehensive music database available.

RecordsToGo.com is a joint venture between ANTRA and Teltran International, Inc., a rapidly emerging global provider of telecommunications and value-added, next-generation Internet services. Set to launch during the first quarter of 2000, RecordsToGo.com has one of the largest inventories of rare, collectible, and current albums from both the U.S. and overseas, CD's and cassettes for sale on the Internet. In addition, RecordsToGo.com has the latest in MP3 technology for direct downloading into either a computer or other such compatible digital recording services such as banner advertising and the cross marketing of other related products. The agreement with Alliance establishes RecordsToGo.com as one of the largest databases of both collectible and current music titles available for sale over the Internet.
