Accordingly, shares of the Company's common stock continue to be traded on the OTC Electronic Bulletin Board under the new symbol "RECDE". Several months ago, ANTRA filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which upon becoming effective, would afford the Company fully reporting status. In order to complete the registration process, ANTRA must complete and submit audited financial statement, which are expected to be completed shortly. Following the completion of the audited statements, the Company intends to re-file the registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
