ANTRA Music Group Comments On the Change of Its Trading Symbol and Status of Its Registration Statement With the Securities and Exchange Commission.

ANTRA Music Group (OTC B.B.: RECDE)("ANTRA" or the "Company") announced today that its common stock, which has been trading on the OTC Electronic Bulletin Board under the symbol RECD, has had the letter "E" added to the symbol, because it has not yet completed the process of becoming a "fully reporting company", as defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Accordingly, shares of the Company's common stock continue to be traded on the OTC Electronic Bulletin Board under the new symbol "RECDE".

Several months ago, ANTRA filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which upon becoming effective, would afford the Company fully reporting status. In order to complete the registration process, ANTRA must complete and submit audited financial statement, which are expected to be completed shortly. Following the completion of the audited statements, the Company intends to re-file the registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Although the Company believes that upon submittal of the required audited financial statements, and refilling of the registration statement, that it will satisfy the requirements necessary for attaining fully reporting status, there can be no assurance, until a determination is made, that the Securities and Exchange Commission will approve the refilling and deem ANTRA as a fully reporting Company.
