The grant will mean more bike patrols along the paseos, parks and trails; drunk-driving checkpoints scheduled to coincide with local high school proms and graduations; truancy sweeps; and alcohol stings in which deputies cite store clerks who are caught selling alcohol to buyers younger than 21. ``We are focusing on the youth.
