ANTEON COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF ANALYSIS & TECHNOLOGY INC.


FAIRFAX, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 24, 1999--

Anteon Corporation today announced the completion of its acquisition of Analysis & Technology, Inc. Under the terms of the sale, Anteon has acquired for $26 per share, the approximately four million shares outstanding on a fully diluted basis. Analysis & Technology will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Anteon.

Analysis & Technology provides a full spectrum of engineering and information technology services to a diverse base of government and commercial customers. The company has more than 1700 employees and revenues at more than $170 million at fiscal year end March 31, 1999. With this acquisition, Anteon now has more than 4000 employees and an estimated annual revenue approaching $500 million.

A key customer for Analysis & Technology is the Department of Defense for which Analysis & Technology provides engineering, information technology and C4I services in a number of mission-critical programs.
