ANTELOPE VALLEY PICNIC TO BRING TOGETHER CULTURES IN CELEBRATION OF `DIFFERENCES'.Byline: Romy Jacobson Daily News Staff Writer Mariachi music and international foods will be part of the offerings Saturday at the third annual International Heritage Picnic. The highlight will be the Parade of Nations, which will feature people of different ethnicities marching around McAdam Park in costumes indigenous to their cultures, with an American flag at the head of the parade. ``We can appreciate our differences,'' said Yolanda Higuera, chairwoman of this year's picnic. ``We can see how similar we are and show our children that we can get along.'' The picnic will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at McAdam Park, on 30th Street East south of Palmdale Boulevard.
