The Antelope Valley women's volleyball team, sophomores are asked to take a leadership role that extends beyond the court. Duties include running portions of practices, teaching freshmen players how to act in the locker room and how to represent the program. ``We put a lot of responsibilities on them because they've been here and they know what to expect,'' Marauders coach Jane Cwayna said.
