LANCASTER - Two commercial properties along 15th Street West north of Avenue K were sold in separate transactions totaling over $7 million, the broker of the deals announced Thursday.

The Antelope Valley
 Center at 43749 15th Street West and a commercial property containing an oil-change shop and a fast-food restaurant across the street.

The transactions were announced by the Hanley Brown Group, a retail investment group in Irvine that was involved in both deals.

The Antelope Valley Center was sold to The Simay Co., a Woodland Hills firm, for $5.3 million. The shopping center shopping center, a concentration of retail, service, and entertainment enterprises designed to serve the surrounding region. The modern shopping center differs from its antecedents—bazaars and marketplaces—in that the shops are usually amalgamated into , with 72,061 square feet of retail space on 5.1 acres, was sold by Antelope Valley Center Partners LP.

The shopping center includes the Schooner's restaurant and the Cinemark Movies 1-4.

Not included in the transaction is the former Mervyn's store building, now occupied by the High Desert Medical Group.

Also not part of the sale was the store space occupied by the Best Dollar store, which moved into the center in January 2003.

In a separate transaction, a 3.19-acre site east and south of the shopping center was sold for $2 million by Lancaster Car Care Associates to Jenny Yu.

The property includes a Taco Bell Taco Bell Corp., a subsidiary of Yum! Brands, Inc., is a Mexican-style quick service restaurant chain based in Irvine, California, United States. The restaurant has locations primarily in the United States and Canada, but also operates outlets in several other markets.  restaurant and a Jiffy A fraction of time that has numerous interpretations depending on who uses it.
