ANTELOPE VALLEY: BRIEFLY : PRISON GUARD GUILTY OF INDECENT EXPOSURE.


BAKERSFIELD - A Tehachapi Prison correctional officer arrested five months ago on a charge of indecent exposure indecent exposure n. the crime of displaying one's genitalia to one or more other people in a public place, usually with the apparent intent to shock the unsuspecting viewer and give the exposer a sexual charge.  was convicted Tuesday of the misdemeanor misdemeanor, in law, a minor crime, in contrast to a felony. At common law a misdemeanor was a crime other than treason or a felony. Although it might be a grave offense, it did not affect the feudal bond or take away the offender's property. Brian Gors, 34, was arrested in May when seen wearing nothing but shoes.

There has been no word whether Gors will face disciplinary action from the state. He has been on paid administrative leave since his arrest.
