Deputies said a man entered a Lucky's market at 43534 20th St. W., at 12:30 p.m. Thursday and filled a shopping cart with meat and lobster tails and left without paying. When the store manager confronted him, the man threatened with a 9-inch knife, then abandoned the cart and ran into the nearby Tower Shopping Center shopping center, a concentration of retail, service, and entertainment enterprises designed to serve the surrounding region.
