ANTELOPE VALLEY: BRIEFLY : 2 ARRESTED IN ATTACK ON SUN VILLAGE MAN.SUN VILLAGE - A 20-year-old Littlerock man and a Palmdale teen-ager were arrested Thursday afternoon after a Sun Village resident said he was assaulted by four males who beat him with baseball bats and stole a rifle. Steven Webb was arrested after deputies stopped a vehicle that fit the description of the assailants' vehicle. The teen-age boy was arrested at his Palmdale home, and the stolen rifle was found in a field nearby, deputies said. Deputies said the victim told them he had an argument with his assailants earlier Wednesday. When they returned to his home in the 38000 block of 93rd Street East about 2 p.m., he armed himself with a rifle in hopes to scare them away. But the men assaulted him with the bats and took away his rifle, deputies said.
