Clients with Secure I.D. from ANPAC(R) who become a victim of identity theft will now have a personal advocate to direct and assist them through the challenges of identity restoration. The service includes: assistance in placing credit file fraud alerts; completing the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) fraud affidavit; making phone calls to police departments, creditors, collection agencies and credit rating agencies; and setting up a case file for insurance claims and law enforcement investigations.
