ANP to sweep Gilgit-Baltistan elections: Iftikhar.


DIAMIR, November 10, 2009 (Frontier Star ): Awami National Party The Awami National Party (ANP, Awami meaning People) is a leftist political party in Pakistan. The Party is mostly famous among the Pashtuns of Pakistan in NWFP, Balochistan, Federally Administered Tribal Areas, Western Punjab, Northern Areas.  leader and Provincial Information Minister Mian Iftikhar Hussain has said the people of Gilgit-Baltistan have welcomed ANP ANP atrial natriuretic peptide.

He appealed to the people to elect the candidates of ANP, because its agenda guarantees development and prosperity of the region and assured them his party would not disappoint them. The minister said Chief Minister Amir Haidar Khan Hoti had to visit the area but due to some unavoidable reasons, he could not come and he sent us as his team, adding, his party would try to give package to the region on provincial basis. He stressed on the need to use the vote correctly as a national duty and trusty and urged the people not to deprive women of this right but allow them to use their right. Mian Iftikhar said women make majority of the Pakistani population and, therefore, they would have to be brought in national corridor for the development and prosperity of the country and with this we can reach to our destination.
