PHILADELPHIA - Nine hits, a couple of lineup changes and a Kevin Brown The name Kevin Brown can refer to several different people, including the following:

Brown has an unbelievable 2.10 ERA, yet the Dodgers are inexplicably 12-10 in his starts.

His last name is pronounced TOH-me.  singled to right to score Ledee, Bobby Abreu Bob Kelly Abreu /aˈbreʲu/ (nicknamed El Comedulce) (born March 11, 1974 in Maracay, Aragua State, Venezuela) is a Major League Baseball right fielder who plays for the New York Yankees.  hit a high chopper off Brown's glove and Mike Lieberthal (Westlake High) hit a run-scoring single to right.

``They weren't tough plays,'' Brown said. ``I made mistakes.''

Brown also went to the plate with the bases loaded with one out in the fourth and grounded out to shortstop Jimmy Rollins to start an inning-ending double play.

Paul Lo Duca ended an 0-for-18 skid with a solo home run in the third to cut Philadelphia's lead to 2-1, jumping on a first-pitch offering from Brett Myers to left field. Cesar Izturis tied the game at 2-2 with a fielder's choice in the third to score Brown, who led off with a double.
