Ms. Palermo comes to PC DOCS from International Data Corp., a leading high technology market research and consulting firm, where she held the position of Vice President and Director of Consulting, Electronic Workplace Technologies. She has an international reputation for expertise in the areas of electronic document management and Lotus Notes.

During her six-year tenure at IDC, Ms. Palermo established the document management and workgroup computing consulting practices. She was a consultant to all the major electronic document management vendors, and was a frequent speaker on the topic at both US and international conference.

Ms. Palermo is co-author of the widely acclaimed study, Lotus Notes: Agent of Change, which analyzes the experiences of 68 companies using Lotus Notes in 12 countries. With more than 100,000 published copies, it is considered the definitive piece on Return on Investment for software technology. It has been applauded by Wall Street investment firms for its insightful analysis of the financial impact of technology on companies.
