SEATTLE - The Angels hoped Joe Saunders Joseph Francis "Joe" Saunders (born June 16, 1981 in Falls Church, Virginia) is a Major League Baseball left-handed starting pitcher for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.

    --Juggling starters:The Angels might take advantage of next Monday's off day to either skip the fifth spot or juggle the rotation entirely.
