An All-Star in '97, Dickson didn't make it out of the fifth inning Sunday afternoon at Edison Field, leaving with his team trailing 6-1. The Angels never caught up and Dickson was left to contemplate what happened. Dickson gave up six runs and seven hits, including a home run to David Justice ``Nobody can pitch from behind in the count, no matter how good you are,'' Dickson said. Facing the ace: Tonight the Angels get their first look at 1997 N.L. Cy Young Award winner Pedro Martinez as the Red Sox begin a three-game series against the Angels.
