NORTHBROOK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--October 13, 1995--Andersen Consulting announced that it has completed the formulation of its new global Foundation Software Organization (FSO (Free Space Optics) Transmitting optical signals through the air using infrared lasers.
