But just why more revelers are opting to be Bush is anyone's guess. ``Halloween is all about being a character, and it's maybe easier to be Bush - you can talk funny and nod your head up and down,'' said John Tolson, owner of Magic World in Chatsworth. The store is selling about five times more Bush masks than Kerry masks, he said. The poll found 44 percent of shoppers say Bush will be the more popular mask this Halloween, compared to 16 percent who said the same for Kerry. The same study found shoppers across the country will spend an average of $49.27 on Halloween-related activities.
