Net income for the year ended 1994 was $5,969, compared with a net loss of $68,782, or $(.05) in the nine months ended Dec. 23, 1993.

William F. Borne, chief executive officer of ANMC attributes the revenue increase primarily to revenues generated by the company's nursing service division. "Home health care is our fastest growing area accounting for 42% of revenues," he said. "During 1994 we added four new home health care locations to the original nine and increased visits 102%. We also acquired a home health care company in Northeast Louisiana.

"In March 1994 the company began developing a primary care network and has already established five clinics in its system. Our strategy is to continue building the primary care network and the home health care business to provide patients with greater access to healthcare and cost effective services, and to position the company for managed care. Long term, our strategy is to build a fully integrated healthcare system," Borne added.

ANMC is a diversified healthcare company offering home health care, provisional medical staffing and primary care in rural areas. -0-
