ANADIGICS Prices Offering of Common Stock.


WARREN, NJ--(BUSINESS WIRE)--October 27, 1999--

) today announced that it priced its offering of 3.3 million shares of common stock at $34.75 per share on October 26, 1999, an increase of 10% from the originally contemplated 3,000,000 shares.

In connection with the offering, ANADIGICS has granted the underwriters the right to purchase up to 495,000 additional shares to cover over-allotments.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. acted as lead manager of the offering, and Prudential Securities, CIBC World Markets CIBC World Markets is the investment banking division of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. It helps governments, large companies, and other large institutions obtain capital and credit and is a primary dealer in U.S. Treasury securities.  and Needham & Company, Inc. acted as co-managers.

ANADIGICS designs and manufactures radio frequency integrated circuit integrated circuit (IC), electronic circuit built on a semiconductor substrate, usually one of single-crystal silicon. The circuit, often called a chip, is packaged in a hermetically sealed case or a nonhermetic plastic capsule, with leads extending from it for  (RFIC RFIC Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit

) solutions for the broadband and wireless communications markets.
