ANADIGICS Announces Appointment of Thomas C. Shields as Chief Financial Officer.

) today announced that Thomas C. Shields has been selected as the Company's new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Shields, who joined the Company today and will assume the title of Chief Financial Officer August 23, will work closely with John Lyons John Lyons may refer to:

 to ensure a seamless transition. Mr. Lyons, who has been a senior financial executive at ANADIGICS since 1987, will remain with the Company through December 1999.
