, ANA recorded a reversal to extraordinary gain of the allowance for bad debt related to those subsidiaries (about 7.0 billion yen) and applied tax effect accounting principles to the valuation loss on the transferred shares (about 4.0 billion yen).

As a result, ANA has revised its non-consolidated performance forecast for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2007, as indicated below. The consolidated performance forecast is currently being reconsidered, and a notice will be provided when those figures are determined.
